• In the event that any of the events described below affect less than all of the Project Facilities and the Generating Stations which they serve, the Bonds may be redeemed in an amount equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Bonds multiplied by the allocable percentage figure for each Project Facility, to-wit: 43.5% for Facility 1, 1% for Facility 2, 0% for Facility 3, 0% for Facility 4, 5% for Facility 5, 44.5% for Facility 6, 0% for Facility 7 and 6% for Facility 8.
