Types of Questions. If you agree to join, we will ask questions about the kinds of things you can do, how you behave at home and at school, how you feel about your family and friends, and about people who may help you. We also want to ask you about things you may do that your parents don’t know about or don’t like for you to do. This includes things like skipping school, smoking, drinking, vandalism, using drugs, sexual activities, and other risky or illegal behaviors. We also ask questions about things that may have happened in your life like violence in the home. You may find that some of these questions bring back sad or frightening memories. Our talk today will last around 30 minutes. We will also ask you to complete some questions online where you will have more privacy. We ask questions that might make you feel uneasy or sad. You do not have to answer questions you do not want to answer. If you want to stop, then all you have to do is tell me. If you want to take a break at any time, just tell me.

Types of Questions. Questions can be divided into four categories: cognitive memory questions; convergent thinking questions; divergent thinking questions and evaluative questions. (Xxxxxxx & Xxxxx, 1991) There are two known problems with these questions. Firstly, teachers often ask questions that are related to recall information instead of higher-order thinking. Secondly, it is not certain that students will answer on the same cognitive level as the question that was posed. In order to avoid these problems, Xxxxxxx (1980) discovered the three most productive types of questions. They are structured variations of divergent questions. From least to most effective: focal questions; brainstorm questions; and playground questions. With the focal question, there are a limited number of alternatives. Students need to choose one and defend it during the discussion. The brainstorm question requires students to think about all possible solutions for a specific question or problem. With a playground question, the instructor creates a specific intellectual sphere for discussion. Students are given the most freedom to approach the question.

  • Errors or Questions Call or write us, as explained in Section 23, as soon as you can if you think an error has occurred in your PayCard Account. We must allow you to report an error until 60 days after the earlier of the date you electronically access your account, if the error could be viewed in your electronic history, or the date we sent the FIRST written history on which the error appeared. You may request a written history of your transactions at any time by calling or writing us, as explained in Section 23. You will need to tell us: a. Your name and PayCard number. b. Why you believe there is an error and the dollar amount involved. c. Approximately when the error took place. If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within 10 business days. We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days of hearing from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 45 days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, we will credit your account within 10 business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have access to the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within 10 business days, we may not credit your account. For errors involving new PayCard Accounts or point-of-sale or international transactions, we may take up to 90 days to investigate your complaint or question. For new PayCard Accounts, we may take up to 20 business days to credit your PayCard Account for the amount you think is in error. We will tell you the results within three (3) business days of completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation. If you need more information about our error-resolution procedures, call us, as explained in Section 23, or visit xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.

However, if we require more time to confirm the nature of your complaint or question, we reserve the right to take up to forty-five (45) days to complete our investigation. If we decide to do this, we will provisionally credit your Eligible Transaction Account within ten (10) Business Days for the amount you think is in error. If we ask you to submit your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within ten (10) Business Days, we may not provisionally credit your Eligible Transaction Account. If it is determined there was no error we will mail you a written explanation within three (3) Business Days after completion of our investigation. You may ask for copies of documents used in our investigation. We may revoke any provisional credit provided to you if we find an error did not occur.

  • WHOIS query RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets from the start of the TCP connection to its end, including the reception of the WHOIS response. If the RTT is 5-­‐times or more the corresponding SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.

  • RDDS query RTT Refers to the collective of “WHOIS query RTT” and “Web-­‐based-­‐ WHOIS query RTT”.

  • Disclosure Materials The Mortgagor has executed a statement to the effect that the Mortgagor has received all disclosure materials required by, and the Seller has complied with, all applicable law with respect to the making of the Mortgage Loans. The Seller shall maintain such statement in the Mortgage File;

  • Opportunities for Additional Information Each Purchaser acknowledges that such Purchaser has had the opportunity to ask questions of and receive answers from, or obtain additional information from, the executive officers of the Company concerning the financial and other affairs of the Company, and to the extent deemed necessary in light of such Purchaser’s personal knowledge of the Company’s affairs, such Purchaser has asked such questions and received answers to the full satisfaction of such Purchaser, and such Purchaser desires to invest in the Company.
