Common use of UBC Registration Fee Clause in Contracts

UBC Registration Fee. If during the life of this Collective Agreement, the University of British Columbia should levy any tuition expenses over and above the registration fee in effect on September 1, 1977, the Employer and PAR-BC agree to enter into discussions with the University of British Columbia with a view to ameliorating any economic hardship which might impact on the Resident as a result of said increase.
