UCC-1 Form. Funding Recipient shall have provided to the City evidence that Funding Recipient has filed or cause to be filed with the appropriate office of the New York State Department of State a Uniform Commercial Code Financing Statement Form UCC-1 with respect to City-Funded Equipment covered by the Reimbursement Request and other Collateral covered by the Security Agreement. An example of said Form UCC-1 is attached hereto as Schedule II.
