Change of Address The Borrower, the Administrative Agent and any Lender may each change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the other parties hereto.
Change of Address, Etc Any party hereto may change its address or facsimile number for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the other parties hereto.
Notices and Change of Address Any required notice regarding this Xxxx XXX will be considered effective when we send it to the intended recipient at the last address that we have in our records. Change of Name When the CONTRACTOR asks to change the name in which it holds this Contract with the STATE, the procurement officer of the purchasing agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency procurement officer") shall, upon receipt of a document acceptable or satisfactory to the Agency procurement officer indicating such change of name (for example, an amendment to the CONTRACTOR'S articles of incorporation), enter into an amendment to this Contract with the CONTRACTOR to effect such a change of name. The amendment to this Contract changing the CONTRACTOR'S name shall specifically indicate that no other terms and conditions of this Contract are thereby changed.
Name or Address Changes It is your responsibility to notify the Credit Union of a change in mailing or physical address, change of email address or change of name. The Credit Union is only required to attempt to communicate with you only at the most recent address you have provided to the Credit Union. If the Credit Union attempts to locate you, the Credit Union may impose a service fee as set forth on the “Schedule of Fees and Charges.”
