Common use of UCP Clause in Contracts

UCP. The Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits as most recently published from time to time by the International Chamber of Commerce (the "UCP") is hereby incorporated in this First Supplement and shall be deemed incorporated by this reference into each Letter of Credit issued pursuant to this First Supplement. The terms and conditions of the UCP shall be binding on the parties to this First Supplement and each beneficiary of any Letter of Credit issued pursuant to this First Supplement.
