Umbrella Liability and/or Excess Liability Insurance. Subcontractor shall carry Umbrella Liability and/or Excess Liability insurance for not less than the following limits in excess of the limits provided by the Subcontractor's Employer's Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Automobile Liability insurance policies. Umbrella Liability and/or Excess Liability Insurance. Subtenant shall maintain Umbrella Liability and/or Excess Liability insurance with limits of no less than $2,000,000 per occurrence or per, excess of the limits provided by the required Employer’s Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Automobile Liability insurance. The coverage terms of the Umbrella Liability and/or Excess Liability insurance must be at least as broad as the underlying Employer’s Liability, Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability insurance. The Umbrella Liability and/or Excess Liability insurance shall provide contractual liability coverage. If Subtenant maintains such insurance on a claims-made basis, then Subtenant shall continue to maintain such coverage for a period of three (3) years after termination of this Sublease and any extension thereof.

  • Product Liability Insurance insurance against claims for bodily injury, death or Property damage resulting from the use of products sold by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in such amounts as are then customarily maintained by responsible persons engaged in businesses similar to that of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Excess/Umbrella Liability Policies Required insurance coverage limits may be provided through a combination of primary and excess/umbrella liability policies. If coverage limits are provided through excess/umbrella liability policies, then a Schedule of underlying insurance listing policy information for all underlying insurance policies (insurer, policy number, policy term, coverage and limits of insurance), including proof that the excess/umbrella insurance follows form must be provided after renewal and/or upon request.
