Units Interests in the Partnership shall be represented by Units. The Units initially are comprised of one Class: Class A Units. The General Partner may establish, from time to time in accordance with such procedures as the General Partner shall determine from time to time, other Classes, one or more series of any such Classes, or other Partnership securities with such designations, preferences, rights, powers and duties (which may be senior to existing Classes and series of Units or other Partnership securities), as shall be determined by the General Partner, including (i) the right to share in Profits and Losses or items thereof; (ii) the right to share in Partnership distributions; (iii) the rights upon dissolution and liquidation of the Partnership; (iv) whether, and the terms and conditions upon which, the Partnership may or shall be required to redeem the Units or other Partnership securities (including sinking fund provisions); (v) whether such Unit or other Partnership security is issued with the privilege of conversion or exchange and, if so, the terms and conditions of such conversion or exchange; (vi) the terms and conditions upon which each Unit or other Partnership security will be issued, evidenced by certificates and assigned or transferred; (vii) the method for determining the Total Percentage Interest as to such Units or other Partnership securities; and (viii) the right, if any, of the holder of each such Unit or other Partnership security to vote on Partnership matters, including matters relating to the relative designations, preferences, rights, powers and duties of such Units or other Partnership securities. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement to the contrary, any reference to “Units” shall include the Class A Units and any other Classes that may be established in accordance with this Agreement. All Units of a particular Class shall have identical rights in all respects as all other Units of such Class, except in each case as otherwise specified in this Agreement.
Clearcutting Units All trees that meet Utilization Standards within “Clearcutting Units” are designated for cutting.
Layoff Units A. A layoff unit is defined as the entity or administrative/organizational unit within the Employer used for determining the available options for employees who are being laid off.
Reserved Rights (a) The state, for itself and others, reserves all rights not expressly granted to the lessee by this lease. These reserved rights include, but are not limited to:

Dedicated Transport A DS0-, DS1-, or DS3-capacity transmission facility between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or UNE Wire Centers, within a LATA, that is dedicated to a particular end user or carrier. Dedicated Transport is sometimes referred to as dedicated interoffice facilities ("IOF"). Dedicated Transport does not include any facility that does not connect a pair of Verizon UNE Wire Centers.
Award of Related Contracts City may undertake or award supplemental or successor contracts for work related to this Contract. The Contractor shall cooperate fully with other contractors and City in all such cases.
Vested Rights Permittee waives any and all “vested rights” (as that term is used in California land use law) the Permittee may have or later acquire, in law or equity, concerning the Property or the Project except those specifically stated herein. Nothing contained in this Agreement, nor in any of the permits, approvals, plans, inspections, certificates, documents, licenses, or any other actions taken by the County regarding the Project shall be construed to grant Permittee any vesting of rights for future development or use of the Property or to conduct commercial cannabis activities except as specifically stated herein; and
