Unauthorized Locations. Without Case IH’s prior written consent, Dealer shall not at any location other than those listed in Schedule D, directly or indirectly: (a) advertise or represent itself as an authorized dealer of Case IH Products; (b) use the Licensed Trademarks or any other Trademarks; (c) store, stock or display Products; (d) sell, advertise or market any Products; or (e) provide Warranty Service and/or Other Required Service.

  • Unauthorized Use The Participating Institutions, or the Authorized Users shall not knowingly permit anyone other than the Authorized Users to access the Licensed Materials.
