Common use of Unauthorized Use; False Information Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized Use; False Information. Customer shall: (a) notify Intraway immediately of any unauthorized use of any password or user id or any other known or suspected breach of security, (b) report to Intraway immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop any unauthorized use of the SaaS Services that is known or suspected by Customer or any Customer’s user, and

Customer shall: (a) notify Intraway Paymate immediately of any unauthorized use of any password or user id or any other known or suspected breach of security, (b) report to Intraway Paymate immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop any unauthorized use of the SaaS Services that is known or suspected by Customer or any Customer’s Harmony software user, andand (c) not provide false identity information to gain access to or use the SaaS Services.

Customer shall: (a) notify Intraway FUGRO immediately of any unauthorized use of any password or user id identification (ID) or any other known or suspected breach of security, ; (b) report to Intraway FUGRO immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop any unauthorized use of the SaaS Services that is known or suspected by Customer or any Customer’s user, and; and (c) not provide false identity information to gain access to or use the SaaS Services.
