The Mobile Deposit Service may be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance or technical difficulties, including those of the internet service provider, cellular service provider, and/or Internet software. In the event that the Mobile Deposit Service is unavailable, you may deposit original checks at our branches or through the mail. Waterford makes no representation or warranties as to the availability of the use of the Mobile Deposit Service at any given time, and you agree to hold Waterford harmless from any losses incurred as the result of such unavailability.
