Common use of Unbundled Local Loop ( Clause in Contracts

Unbundled Local Loop (. “ULL”) Transmission Types Subject to subsection 11.4, BA shall allow ETC to access the following ULL types (in addition to those ULLs available under applicable tariffs) unbundled from local switching and local transport in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this subsection 11.1.

Unbundled Local Loop (. “ULL”) Transmission Types Subject to subsection 11.411.7, BA shall allow ETC TCG to access the following ULL types (in addition to those ULLs available under applicable tariffs) unbundled from local switching and local transport in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this subsection 11.111.2.

Unbundled Local Loop (. “ULL”) Transmission Types Subject to subsection 11.4Subsection 11.7, BA shall allow ETC ANTC to access the following ULL types (in addition to those ULLs available under applicable tariffs) unbundled from local switching and local transport in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this subsection 11.1Subsection 11.2.

Unbundled Local Loop (. “ULL”) Transmission Types Subject to subsection 11.411.7, BA shall allow ETC NEXTLINK to access the following ULL types (in addition to those ULLs available under applicable tariffs) unbundled from local switching and local transport in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this subsection 11.111.2. NEXTLINK is not precluded from connecting to a ULL at technically feasible points as investigated through the BFR process.

Unbundled Local Loop (. “ULL”) Transmission Types Subject to subsection 11.411.7, BA shall allow ETC KMC to access the following ULL types (in addition to those ULLs available under applicable tariffs) unbundled from local switching and local transport in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this subsection 11.111.2.

Unbundled Local Loop (. “ULL”) Transmission Types Subject to subsection 11.411.7, BA shall allow ETC ACI to access the following ULL types (in addition to those ULLs available under applicable tariffs) unbundled from local switching and local transport in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this subsection 11.111.2.

Unbundled Local Loop (. “ULL”) Transmission Types Subject to subsection 11.4, BA shall allow ETC Commonwealth to access the following ULL types (in addition to those ULLs available under applicable tariffs) unbundled from local switching and local transport in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this subsection 11.1.

Unbundled Local Loop (. “ULL”) Transmission Types Subject to subsection 11.411.7, BA shall allow ETC ICI to access the following ULL types (in addition to those ULLs available under applicable tariffs) unbundled from local switching and local transport in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this subsection 11.111.2.
