Common use of Unchecked Baggage Clause in Contracts

Unchecked Baggage. a maximum of 2 (two) pieces of Baggage will be allowed to be carried on board the aircraft. The larger of the two, shall not exceed the dimensions of 56cm X 36cm X 23cm (fifty-six by thirty-six by twenty-three) centimeters and shall not weigh more than 7kgs (seven kilograms). Such Baggage must fit in an enclosed storage compartment in the cabin. The smaller of the two, shall not exceed the dimensions of 40cm X 15cm X 20cm (fourty by fifteen by 20) centimeters. Such baggage must fit under the seat in front of you.
