If a portion of the Work is covered contrary to Owner's or Engineer’s request or to requirements specifically expressed in the Contract Documents, it must, if requested in writing by Engineer or Owner, be uncovered for Engineer’s examination and be replaced at Contractor’s expense without change in the Contract Time or Substantial Completion Date.
