Undelivered Notices. If, on two consecutive occasions, a notice, statement, report or other record is sent to a shareholder pursuant to Article 24.1 and on each of those occasions any such record is returned because the shareholder cannot be located, the Company shall not be required to send any further records to the shareholder until the shareholder informs the Company in writing of his or her new address.
Undelivered Notices. If any notice given to a shareholder pursuant to Section 12.01 is returned on three consecutive occasions because he cannot be found, the Corporation shall not be required to give any further notices to such shareholder until he informs the Corporation in writing of his new address.
Undelivered Notices. If the General Partner sends a notice or document to a Limited Partner in accordance with Section 12.1 and the notice or document is returned on three consecutive occasions because the Limited Partner cannot be found, the General Partner is not required to send any further notices or documents to the Limited Partner until the Limited Partner informs the General Partner in writing of the Limited Partner’s new address.
Undelivered Notices. If the Partnership GP sends a notice or document to a Limited Partner in accordance with Section 13.1 and the notice or document is returned on three consecutive occasions because the Limited Partner cannot be found, the Partnership GP is not required to send any further notices or documents to the Limited Partner until the Limited Partner informs the Partnership GP in writing of the Limited Partner’s new address.
Undelivered Notices. If any notice given to a member pursuant to section 9.01 is returned on three (3) consecutive occasions because such member cannot be found, the Corporation shall not be required to give any further notices to such member until such member informs the Corporation in writing of a new address.
Undelivered Notices. 9.02 If a notice in writing to a member is returned undelivered on three (3) consecutive occasions, the Cooperative does not need to give further notice until the member provides a new recorded address.
Undelivered Notices. The Settlement Administrator shall provide to Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel, at least twenty-one (21) calendar days prior to the close of the Opt-Out Period, a list of Class Members to whom Notices were returned as undeliverable and for whom efforts to obtain an alternative address failed.
Undelivered Notices. If a notice or document is sent to a shareholder or debenture holder by prepaid mail in accordance with this paragraph and the notice or document is returned on three consecutive occasions because the shareholder or debenture holder cannot be found, it shall not be necessary to send any further notices or documents to the shareholder or debenture holder until he informs the Company in writing of his new address.
Undelivered Notices. If any notice given or sent to a Member pursuant to subsection 16.1 is returned on three (3) consecutive occasions because the person cannot be found, the Co-operative shall not be required to give or send any further notice to such Member until the Co-operative is informed in writing of the new address for such person.
