Common use of Under-filling Social Worker Positions Clause in Contracts

Under-filling Social Worker Positions. A Social Worker III who is under-filling a Social Worker V position and has performed the work of a Social Worker V for at least one year shall receive a differential in the amount necessary to bring said employee’s wages to the mid-point between the wages of a Social Worker III and a Social Worker V. A Social Worker Supervisor I who is under-filling a Social Worker Supervisor II position shall receive a differential in the amount necessary to bring said employee’s wages to the mid-point between the wages of a Social Worker Supervisor I and a Social Worker Supervisor II.

Under-filling Social Worker Positions. A Social Worker III who is under-filling a Social Worker V position and has performed the work of a Social Worker V for at least one year shall receive a differential in the amount necessary to bring said employee’s wages to the mid-mid- point between the wages of a Social Worker III and a Social Worker V. A Social Worker Supervisor I who is under-filling a Social Worker Supervisor II position shall receive a differential in the amount necessary to bring said employee’s wages to the mid-point between the wages of a Social Worker Supervisor I and a Social Worker Supervisor II.
