Underground Electrical Lines in New Areas. Upon payment to the Company of the charges provided in the Tariffs or the equivalent, the Company shall place all newly constructed electrical distribution lines in newly developed areas of the City underground in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and orders of the City. Such underground construction shall be consistent with Industry Standards. Underground Conversion at Expense of Company.
