Distribution line means any single or multiphase electric power line operating at nominal voltage in either of the following ranges: 2,000 to 26,000 volts between ungrounded conductors or 1,155 to 15,000 volts between grounded and ungrounded conductors, regardless of the functional service provided by the line.
Distribution facilities means those facilities by and through which electricity is received from a transmission services provider and distributed to the customer and that are controlled or operated by a distribution services provider.
Electric distribution system means the part of the electric system, after the transmission system, that is dedicated to delivering electric energy to an end user.
Distributed generation facility means a facility owned and operated by a member of the Cooperative for the production of electrical energy that:
Electric distribution utility or (EDU) means an electric distribution utility, which is an investor-owned electric utility that owns and operates a distribution wires system and supplies at least retail electric distribution service.
Local Distribution Company or “LDC” means a Person licensed by the OEB as a “Distributor” in connection with a Distribution System.
generation facility means a facility for generating electricity or providing ancillary services, other than ancillary services provided by a transmitter or distributor through the operation of a transmission or distribution system, and includes any structures, equipment or other things used for that purpose;
Cogeneration facility means a power plant in which the heat or steam is also used for industrial or commercial heating or cooling purposes and that meets Federal Energy Regulatory Commission standards for qualifying facilities under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16
Distribution Utility means the local electric distribution owner and operator providing electric distribution and interconnection services to Purchaser at the Premises;
Distribution main means the portion of any main with which a service line is, or is intended to be, immediately connected;
Distribution Upgrades has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Final Distributions means, with respect to the Certificates of any Trust on any Distribution Date, the sum of (x) the aggregate amount of all accrued and unpaid interest on such Certificates (excluding interest, if any, payable with respect to the Deposits relating to such Trust) and (y) the Pool Balance of such Certificates as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date (less the amount of the Deposits for such Class of Certificates as of such preceding Distribution Date other than any portion of such Deposits thereafter used to acquire Equipment Notes pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement). For purposes of calculating Final Distributions with respect to the Certificates of any Trust, any Premium paid on the Equipment Notes held in such Trust which has not been distributed to the Certificateholders of such Trust (other than such Premium or a portion thereof applied to the payment of interest on the Certificates of such Trust or the reduction of the Pool Balance of such Trust) shall be added to the amount of such Final Distributions.
Electric distribution company (EDC) means any electric utility subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission.

Final Distribution means any distribution made in redemption of all or a portion of the Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares pursuant to Section 5.2(b) on the earlier of the Final Scheduled Termination Date or an Early Termination Date.
Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.
Class Final Distribution Date means, as applicable, the Class A-1 Final Distribution Date, the Class A-2a Final Distribution Date, the Class A-2b Final Distribution Date, the Class A-3 Final Distribution Date, the Class A-4 Final Distribution Date, the Class B Final Distribution Date, the Class C Final Distribution Date or the Class D Final Distribution Date, as the context requires.
Main Distribution Frame (MDF) is termination frame for outside facility and inter-exchange office equipment at the central office for DS-0 and DSL services.
Assumed Final Distribution Date The Distribution Date occurring in November 2035.
Distributed Generation means generating plant equipment collectively used for generating electricity that is connected, or proposed to be connected, to the Network or a Customer's Installation, but does not include:
high-efficiency cogeneration means cogeneration meeting the criteria laid down in Annex II;
Distributed Generator means a person who owns or operates Distributed Generation;
Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF means a second frame that augments an existing Main Distribution Frame. Lines or outside cables that do not terminate on the IDF.
Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.
Final Distribution Date The Distribution Date on which the final distribution in respect of the Certificates is made pursuant to Section 9.01.
Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.
