Underpayment. Should the Employer issue an Employee an underpayment of wages and/or entitlements, then the Employer shall take such internal administrative action as is necessary to correct such errors. The Employer shall notify the Employee that an underpayment has been made and discuss payment options. The monetary or entitlement adjustments shall be made within two (2) pay periods.

If the error results in a hardship to the Employee having been underpaid, the Employer will make reasonable efforts to provide payment for the shortfall within three (3) business days from the date it is notified of the error except in extenuating circumstances.
