Common use of UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION AND DISABILITY Clause in Contracts

UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION AND DISABILITY. A. All eligible employees in this unit are covered under the State Unemployment Compensation Plan under the current Laws of the State of New Jersey. B. The State agrees to include eligible employees in this unit in the State of New Jersey Temporary Disability Plan. That is a shared cost plan, which provides payments to employees who are unable to work as the result of non-work connected illness or injury and who have exhausted their accumulated sick leave.
