Unemployment, Social Security and Other Benefits. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is liable for any material payment to any trust or other fund or to any Governmental Authority with respect to unemployment compensation benefits, social security or other benefits or obligations for employees (other than routine payments to be made in the Ordinary Course of Business). Except as set forth on Schedule 5.12(e), there are no pending claims against the Company or any of its Subsidiaries under any workers compensation plan or policy or for long term disability.
