Common use of Unemployment, Social Security and Other Benefits Clause in Contracts

Unemployment, Social Security and Other Benefits. The Company is not liable for any payment to any trust or other fund or to any Governmental Authority, with respect to unemployment compensation benefits, social security or other benefits or obligations for employees (other than routine payments to be made in the Ordinary Course of Business). All liabilities related to employees, including those for salary, vacation pay, bonuses, commissions and other compensation have been paid or accrued in full. There are no pending claims against the Company under any workers’ compensation plan or policy or for long-term disability.
