Unforeseeable Physical Obstructions or Conditions. If, however, during the execution of the Works, the Contractor encounters physical obstructions or physical conditions, other than climatic, river conditions on the Site, such obstructions or conditions were, in his opinion, not foreseeable by an experienced contractor, the Contractor shall forthwith give notice thereof to the Engineer, with a copy to the Employer.
