Unforeseen Allowance is a sum set aside for unforeseen conditions that differ from representations in the Contract Documents or Due Diligence Documents or meet the requirements under Article 13.15.5 and 18.4. The Unforeseen Allowance may also include other costs as allocated in the District’s sole and absolute discretion related to the Project.
