Common use of Unforeseen Circumstances Clause in Contracts

Unforeseen Circumstances. 25.1 We will not be responsible to you if we fail to comply with any of these Terms: 25.2 due to abnormal and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the consequence of which would have been unavoidable despite all efforts to the contrary; or 25.3 where our failure to comply is due to obligations under international, European or national laws.
