Uniform Building Code and Improvement Standards. Except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Agreement, and provided they have been adopted by City and are in effect on a city-wide basis, City may apply to the Property, at any time during the Term of this Agreement, the then current City Improvement Standards and Design Criteria, California Uniform Building Code (“UBC”), and any other uniform construction codes as approved by City.
