UNIFORM BUSINESS PRACTICES COMPLIANCE. Competitive Supplier agrees that it and its Associated Entities directly or indirectly involved in providing services or meeting the Competitive Supplier’s obligations under the ESA shall comply with the provisions of the Uniform Business Practices, as applicable to Competitive Suppliers, and any amendments thereto, notwithstanding any relief from the Uniform Business Practices offered by the PSC to the Program. In addition, the Competitive Supplier and its Associated Entities agrees to comply with any code of conduct or policies the PSC may adopt in accordance with the PSC Orders and to all related Orders of Case 14-M-0564 and 14-M-0224 to which the Program Manager is required to adhere, notwithstanding any relief from the Uniform Business Practices offered by the PSC to the Program.

  • Business Practices 1. Parties recognise that certain business practices of service suppliers, other than those falling under Article 14 (Monopolies and Exclusive Service Suppliers), may restrain competition and thereby restrict trade in services.
