UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT. 22.01 The Employer shall furnish and pay for uniforms for employees as required. The style, type and quantity of specific items shall be determined by the Employer. Such uniforms shall remain the property of the Employer. All uniform items, including shirts, shall be replaced on a one for one exchange basis only when deemed appropriate by management. The Employer shall direct the appropriate code of uniform dress including when hats and ties shall be worn. All uniforms must be new or professionally cleaned prior to issuing.
