TCCA licensed XXXx must perform the work within their privileges and limitations per CAR 403. The TCCA-licensed AME is not authorized to perform Annual Inspections.
TCCA licensed XXXx Located In Canada Performing Maintenance On U.S.- registered Aircraft That Are Not Operated In Commercial Air Service Pursuant To 14 CFR Part 121 or 135. No FAA Supplement Is Required.
1.1 FAA special conditions are applicable to TCCA-licensed XXXx that perform maintenance or alterations on U.S.-registered aircraft, including aeronautical products of those aircraft, under FAA regulatory control for the purpose of this MIP. Refer to Paragraphs 2, 3, or 4 of this section for maintenance performed by a TCCA AMO.
1.2 The FAA agrees that a TCCA-licensed AME may perform maintenance and alterations on U.S.-registered aircraft, and aeronautical products of those aircraft, under FAA regulatory control for the purpose of this MIP. The TCCA-licensed AME may also approve that aircraft for return to service if the AME complies with the following special conditions:
a. TCCA-licensed AMEs and the U.S.-registered aircraft and/or aeronautical product must be located within Canada.
TCCA. Group’s data ecosystem We, TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and TCCA Group, will be able to access and/or share your information among ourselves. We also may need to allow access by other companies within Frasers Property Group (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx), One Bangkok Group (xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx), including the intra-group companies in accordance with the Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) for the purpose set out in this Privacy Policy, by relying on consent obtained from you by TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and TCCA Group.
TCCA. RECOGNITION FOR THE APPROVAL OF UK BASED AIRCRAFT RATED AMO’S The Authorities understand that:
(i) An AMO intending to perform maintenance on aircraft under the regulatory control of TCCA will:
(A) Send all applications for approval under this TA-M to the UK CAA in accordance with its published processes; and
(B) ensure that applications for approval are accompanied by a completed application form and a copy of the proposed supplement to their MOE. The supplement is expected to clearly demonstrate how the AMO intends to meet any special conditions stated in this TA-M. Appendix 1 of Section B provides guidance on how to compile such a supplement.
(ii) The AMO:
(A) Will be inspected in accordance with the regulatory oversight and surveillance schedule as defined in Section A, subsection 8(iii); and
(B) may not be eligible for approval under this TA-M if any outstanding findings or enforcements actions are imposed against the AMO.
TCCA. Tioga County Corrections Association
TCCA agrees to notify the FAA of each case of non-compliance with TCCA’s regulations that affect the validity of the TCCA pilot licence; and
TCCA and CAA will recognize and accept all EASA and TCCA validation decisions made to date and continue to follow or maintain the EASA/TCCA project validation plan to the greatest extent practicable; and
