Uniform Items. Approved purchases shall include summer shirts (short sleeve uniform shirt and/or polo shirt), winter shirts, pants, shoes, boots, hats, baseball caps, winter jackets, summer jackets, tee shirts, sweatshirts, and coveralls. Ambulance personnel shall be provided jackets, which will be standardized and approved by the Chief. The ambulance jackets will not be charged to the four hundred dollar ($400.00) clothing allowance.

Uniform Items. On ending of this Agreement (for any reason), the Licensee is responsible for all unsold Uniform Items that are not purchased by the Department or an incoming licensee including for all costs and expenses in connection with that stock. The Department is not required to purchase any unsold stock from the Licensee or require any incoming licensee to purchase such unsold stock other than in accordance with clause 18.1(a)(ii) (Termination by notice, notice of less than 12 months) and clause 20 (Purchase of items and material on ending).
Uniform Items. Each respective LRV Operator shall appear on duty in the full LRV Operator uniform as established by Metro.
Uniform Items a. The Department will continue to provide uniforms (five (5) shirts and five (5) pairs of pants) to all employees covered by this agreement including any new hires. Shirts and pants will be exchanged on a fair wear and tear basis.
b. Provided uniform items shall be worn while on duty and not used off the job for personal reasons. All uniform items remain the property of the Department and shall be returned to the Department upon transfer or separation.
