Common use of Uniform Regulations Clause in Contracts

Uniform Regulations. 1. The Parties may jointly establish and implement, through their respective laws, regulations, or administrative policies, uniform regulations regarding the interpretation, application and administration of this Chapter. 2. The Parties shall simultaneously implement the agreed uniform regulations in accordance with their respective internal procedures.
