Uniforms for Officers. The University shall continue to provide uniforms and all required equipment and accessories for officers in accordance with current policy, including the provision of all leather and nylon accessories. The University will replace uniforms as necessary so long as the replacement is not necessitated through negligence or intentional acts by the officer. The University will provide an annual stipend of $250.00 to pay for dry cleaning of the Class A, Class B, Class C, and Bike Uniforms. In addition, officers shall receive an allowance of $100.00 per year to defray the cost of shoes. Bike officers will receive shoes according to need in addition to $250.00 to pay for dry cleaning and the $100.00 to pay for non-bike shoes.

Uniforms for Officers. The City will hold $800 on account for each sworn employee annually (July 1 to June 30) to be used for reimbursement for purchases of uniforms, footwear or mandated equipment. At the end of each year, any unused funds in the account revert to the City.
