Common use of Uniforms/Safety Boots Clause in Contracts

Uniforms/Safety Boots. 25.01 The Company will supply uniforms as it deems necessary to all receiving employees. 25.02 The Company will reimburse all active employees up to $175.00 annually (Jan. 1 – Dec. 31) for the purchase of safety boots. The employee shall provide the employer with a proof of purchase receipt when requesting their entitlements.
