Unilever's Rules of Stay. At the territory or facilities of Unilever, the Partner's employees are prohibited from being in a state of alcoholic, narcotic, toxicological or other type of intoxication, as well as bringing into the territory or taking alcoholic beverages, drugs, intoxicating or similar substances affecting the consciousness. Upon detection of the Partner's employee taking such substances or being under their influence, an appropriate (with the participation of a Unilever representative) act of removal of the employee from work is drawn up, and such an employee is immediately removed from the territory or facility of Unilever. The Partner is obliged to investigate the incident and inform Unilever in writing about its results. The employee who committed this violation is not allowed to continue work at the facilities or territory of the company. If such an incident with employees of the Partner is repeated, осуществляющие управление транспортными средствами (автомобили, спецтехника, погрузчики и т.д.) должны перед началом работы проходить предрейсовый медицинский осмотр, вне зависимости от того, остаются транспортные средства Партнера, применяемые для выполнения работ, в нерабочее время на территории Юнилевер или нет. В случае, если у представителя Юнилевер (руководителя структурного подразделения, где проводятся работы, либо контролирующего их выполнение, либо представителя службы охраны труда) имеются подозрения, что работник Xxxxxxxx находится в состоянии алкогольного или иного вида опьянения, либо недостаточно здоров для управления транспортным средством, то в рамках осуществления контроля в области безопасности он вправе требовать, чтобы работник Партнера прошел повторный медицинский осмотр по допуску к управлению транспортным средством в медицинском пункте Юнилевер, независимо от прохождения предрейсового медицинского осмотра, организованного Партнером.
