1. Groups and/or individuals using any part of the Port of Kalama’s property must schedule the activity and time of use through the Port of Kalama at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
2. The Port of Kalama reserves the right to refuse use of Port property and to eject any group and/or individuals from Port property.
3. The Port of Kalama’s name and logo are not to be used in any communications, formal advertising, social media, or electronic, print or audio media related to the event.
4. Absolutely no overnight camping is permitted without prior written permission.
5. During events or activities at Port recreation properties, the fire lanes must be kept open for emergency vehicles.
6. User must keep the areas clean and safe and must pick up and remove all garbage daily and at the conclusion of the event. A dumpster may be required for larger events at the User’s expense.
7. User must sweep the floor, remove trash, and wipe down tables with Port provided supplies in the Expo Building after event.
8. User must clean and stock restrooms daily during the event and at the conclusion of the event. The Port will provide restroom supplies.
9. User shall clean all facilities used at Port properties immediately following the conclusion of the event. The facilities used must be left in the same condition as before the event. All signs posted by the User must be removed.
10. The User may not sublet any part of Port recreation properties to another group or individual, without prior Port approval.
11. The Port may require users with large gatherings to provide security, at the User’s own expense, and a deposit.
12. User may not make any changes or alterations to the grounds or buildings without prior written approval of the Port.

Rules of Use. The student shall abide by the school’s Computer/Network Resources Acceptable Use Policy. Unacceptable use includes, but is not limited to, the following:
a) Using network access to alter or destroy information belonging to others.
b) Using profanity, obscenity or other language that may be offensive or abusive to another person.
c) Copying personal communications to others without the original author’s permission.
d) Copying software or other copyright protected material in violation of copyright law.
e) Using the network for any illegal activity or private business purposes.
f) Spreading computer viruses deliberately or by importing files from unknown sources.
g) Harassing another individual.
h) Using the network to disrupt college/Collegiate High School business or educational activities.
i) Use of any computer or program in a manner other than that which was intended.
j) Unauthorized installation of software including downloads (ie. Napster, Morpheus, games, etc.) or modification of the laptop.
k) Allowing use or possession of the computer by anyone other than the student to whom the computer is issued.

Rules of Use. 1. The Renting Party must be 21 years of age.
2. The Renting Party is responsible for all damages to the property and should survey the property prior to use, completing the pre- rental checklist.

7. The Civic Center reserves the right to have Law Enforcement enter the building or patrol the parking lot to ensure compliance.
8. Failure to adhere to any listed condition in this agreement will result in forfeiture of deposit and ineligibility for future use.
9. Smoking is prohibited in the Facility.
10. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited in the Civic Center and on the grounds.
Rules of Use. Use of the Makerspace is subject to the rules in this User Agreement, Xxxxx X. Xxx Memorial Library’s (GADML) Code of Conduct, GADML’s Internet Policy, and any other applicable Library policies and procedures. Failure to abide by all applicable policies and practices will result in suspension or loss of MID Lab privileges. MID Lab users agree to respect all applicable copyright laws, licensing agreements, and intellectual property laws. Users are responsible for obtaining their own protections for any intellectual property developed in MID Lab. Users agree not to use the Makerspace in violation of any local, state, or federal ordinances, regulations, or laws. Users further agree not to use the equipment for inappropriate projects in a public setting or tasks that create a disturbance. GADML has the right to halt, delete or prohibit the creation of items that violate library policy, including the creation of weapons and illegal items. Users agree to abide by the maker space and equipment safety guidelines. Some of the equipment may contain aspects, parts, or components that will cause injury to the user if all rules, policies, procedures, and restrictions are not followed. Users agree to release and hold the Library harmless from any claims for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss in connection with the use of the Makerspace, including equipment, tools, and the materials therein. The Library makes limited materials available for purchase. At this time, GADML only approves the use of Glowforge-approved materials. A limited number of Glowforge-approved materials will be available for purchase. Users must pre-purchase project materials prior to their MID Lab Glowforge session. All charges and materials required for staff-led MID Lab programs will be listed in the library program registration information. If any additional fees are identified after MID Lab programs run by library staff registration are closed, registered participants will be notified prior to the program’s start time. Users agree to accept financial responsibility for any misuse or damage to MID Lab computers and equipment. The user also agrees to accept the GADML staff’s assessment of the cost for misuse or damage. Use of the MID Lab is intended for discovery, learning, entertainment, and prototyping. Commercial activity is prohibited. No more than 10 copies of a project are allowed. Anything over that number is considered to be a commercial activity.
Rules of Use. 6.1. It is forbidden to use the Service for actions that are in violation of the Dutch or other applicable Law and regulations. This includes the storage or distribution of information via the Service that is libelous, defamatory or racist, as well as creating an Account under someone else’s name or posing as someone else in any other way.
6.2. In addition, it is forbidden, with regard to the service, to:
a. use indecent language;
b. post information on places where it is undesired (incorrect category or place);
c. distribute information that is pornographic or erotic (even if it is legal in itself);
d. distribute information that is in violation of copyrights or to place hyperlinks to such information;
e. violate the privacy of third parties, for instance by distributing Personal information of third parties without permission or necessity, or by repeatedly harassing third parties with communication that is undesired to them.
6.3. It is particularly (but not exclusively) forbidden to have the Service adversely affected or to use the Service or any data obtained therefrom to violate the rights of others. This includes (but is not limited to:
a. Send unsolicited bulk e-‐mail or other communication,
b. cause any nuisance or disruptions, for instance by carrying out or coordinating denial of service attacks, controlling botnets or malicious software, such as viruses or spyware.
6.4. User will not use the Personal information of other Users obtained via the Service for other purposes than to take out an agreement to lease housing, and all associated actions.
6.5. Except in the normal use of the Service, User is forbidden to approach other Users for commercial purpose of any kind.
6.6. User, being a provider and / or lessor of housing, declares that he will not charge a (prospective) tenant any mediation fees in any case.
6.7. If Xxxxxxxx finds that User violates the above-‐mentioned conditions or receives a complaint about that, Xxxxxxxx can intervene to terminate the violation. In that, Xxxxxxxx has the right to terminate the Agreement effective immediately, without having to reimburse any of the fees paid. In addition, the Account will be blocked.
6.8. If, at the discretion of Kamernet, nuisance, damage or any other hazard arises for the performance of the Service, Xxxxxxxx has the right to take all measures she deems necessary within reason to avert this danger or to prevent it.
