Unintentional inaccessibility. (a) From time to time, without notice, access to all or part of the Services may be disrupted or limited. During such an interruption, we will use reasonable endeavours to restore access to the Services as soon as practicable. Nothing in this MSA gives us any obligation or liability to you in any way whatsoever for unintentional inaccessibility and you accept that in the case of urgent maintenance, notice may not always be possible.
