UNINTERRUPTED INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES. The Employer and the Association agree that disputes which may arise between them shall be settled without resort to strike or lockout. The Employer agrees it will not lock out any or all of its employees during the term of this Contract and the Association agrees on behalf of itself and its membership that there shall be no strike or slowdowns during the term of this Contract.
