UNINTERRUPTED INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES. GHC and GHCFT agree that disputes which may arise between them shall be settled without resort to strike or lockout. GHC agrees it will not lock out any or all of its faculty during the term of this agreement and the GHCFT agrees on behalf of itself and its membership that there shall be no strike or slowdowns during the term of this agreement.
