Union Access and Meetings. In accordance with the Employment Relations Act 2000, a representative of NZEI Te Riu Roa shall be entitled to enter a workplace at all reasonable times for purposes related to the employment of its members and to the union’s business. The representative will exercise this right in a reasonable way, having regard to the normal operations of the workplace and will comply with any reasonable procedures and requirements relating to health and safety or security.
