UNION ACCESS TO THE WORKSITE. 1. Authorized representatives of the Union shall have access to school property and facilities to transact official Union business at all reasonable times provided that such activities or use do not conflict with regular instructional, and/or related school activities, or event(s) previously scheduled either by the District or the Union. 2. Individuals granted access to the school under this Article shall follow the normal school procedures regarding visitors to the school by reporting their presence to the office.
