Union Access to Training Classes Clause Samples
The 'Union Access to Training Classes' clause grants union representatives the right to attend or observe training sessions provided to employees. Union Access to Training Classes. The Employer shall provide the Union with one (l) hour per training class to address same on matters concerning the Union. The one (1) hour shall take place at the start of the shift on the fourth (4th) Wednesday of each class. The Union shall also be allowed access up to one (1) hour prior to the start of the shift to prepare for the meeting.
