UNION AGREES NOT TO DISCRIMINATE. In accordance with the above policy, CCEA agrees not to discriminate against a unit employee because of the exercise of his or her rights granted under this MOU or with respect to admission to membership and the rights of membership in CCEA for any of the above enumerated reasons.
