Common use of Union and Company Grievances Clause in Contracts

Union and Company Grievances. Any difference arising directly between the Company, the Union and/or the Local may be submitted in writing by either party at Step No. 3 and the time limits provided under the applicable provisions of the Grievance Procedure shall appropriately apply to both parties. All written decisions arrived at between the representatives of the Company and the representatives of the Union and/or the Local shall be final and binding upon the Company, the Union, the Local and the employee or employees concerned.
