Common use of UNION COMMITTEE AND STEWARDS Clause in Contracts

UNION COMMITTEE AND STEWARDS. 6.01 The Union will have the right to appoint or otherwise select a Grievance/Negotiating Committee comprised of five (5) employees who have completed their probationary period plant wide. Unless because of lack of delegates the composition of the Grievance/Negotiating Committee shall be as follows: Any three (3) Production employees plant wide to deal with production issues. Any two (2) Full time Skilled Trades employees plant wide to deal with skilled trade issues. The President of the Local Union shall reside on the above committee and will be counted as one (1) of the five (5).
