- UNION/EMPLOYER MEETINGS. 11.01 The Union Committee and the Employer shall meet at a time mutually agreed upon for the purpose of discussing matters arising out of the administration of this agreement. The party requesting such a meeting shall at the time of the request supply an agenda of the matters to be discussed and the meeting between the parties will be held within fourteen (14) days following the request of such a meeting.
- UNION/EMPLOYER MEETINGS. 10.01 Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Union/Employer Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply. It is understood that such matters may include scheduling and the work-load assigned to Registered Staff in the bargaining unit. The Union Committee and Employer shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this agreement. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance.
- UNION/EMPLOYER MEETINGS. The Union Committee Members and the Employer Representatives shall meet quarterly or more often if necessary, at a mutually agreed to date, place and time to discuss issues pertinent to the workplace and business. An agenda for the meetings will be provided by the Union or Company prior to the meeting in writing. Any meeting cancelled must be re-scheduled prior to canceling.
- UNION/EMPLOYER MEETINGS. 7.01 The Union Committee, Union Representative, and the Employer (may include at least [1] board member) shall meet three (3) times per year or at other times mutually agreed upon for the purpose of discussing matters including scheduling arising out of the administration of this Agreement. Meetings may be held more often if agreed to by both Parties. Both Parties shall provide to the other a written agenda five (5) working days in advance of the meeting.
- UNION/EMPLOYER MEETINGS. 6.01 The Employer, the Union, and the Union Committee mutually agree to meet on a quarterly basis or more often as may be mutually agreed to discuss and resolve matters of mutual concern and interest.
- UNION/EMPLOYER MEETINGS. 10.01 The Union and the Employer agree to meet during office hours up to three (3) times a year, or more often when needed, at a time mutually convenient, for the purpose of discussing matters arising out of the administration of this Agreement and/or the company’s Policies and Procedures.
- UNION/EMPLOYER MEETINGS. Both parties agree that meetings between the Union and the Employer benefit Employees and the mission. Meetings between the Union President, or their designee, and Command level management, or their designee, will be held at the request of either party, as often as necessary. The Union and/or the Employer will request meetings, either orally or in writing, through the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center.

- UNION/EMPLOYER MEETINGS. 10.01 a) There shall be a Labour/Management Committee comprised of four (4)representatives of the union, including the Local Union Chairperson or designate, and four (4) Management representatives of the Association. In addition,any interested member of the ALSO Board of Directors is welcome to attend.
- UNION/EMPLOYER MEETINGS. Section 1. The Employer agrees that meetings shall be held between the representative(s) of the Union and the Employer as the need arises, subject to the request of either party, to consult on personnel policies and practices and other matters affecting working conditions of employees within the unit.
