Common use of Union Data Requests Clause in Contracts

Union Data Requests. The Board agrees to provide the Union, upon request, with information regarding employees not included in the reports described in paragraph A, above, as well as other identifiable public records in the custody of the District. If such records and information are included in existing documents, a copy of the documents will be provided without charge. If the information requested must be specially compiled in order to respond to the request, the Union will be provided with an estimated charge for such compilation prior to the District proceeding with the compilation.
