Information Provided to Union. The Employer shall notify the Union in writing of the following personnel transactions involving bargaining unit employees as they occur: new hires, promotions, layoffs, reemployment, transfers, leaves, returns from leave, suspension, discharge and termination. At the request of the Union, the Employer shall furnish the Union a current seniority roster and re-employment lists, applicable under the seniority provisions of this Agreement.
Information Provided to Union. In addition, the Employer shall furnish the Union every ninety (90) days the current seniority rosters and reemployment lists, applicable under the seniority provisions of this Agreement. In all transactions listed above, employees' Social Security numbers shall be provided. The Union shall upon request receive such information on computer tapes, where available, from the Department of Central Management Services. Each agency will provide the Union with information concerning temporary assignments when such information becomes available and in a form mutually agreed upon between the Agency and the Union. The frequency and other details of the provision of such information will be determined by the parties in Supplementary negotiations. The Employer will notify the Union when a bargaining unit position (vacant or otherwise) is abolished and upon request discuss with the Union such abolishment.
Information Provided to Union. A. Reports Provided to the Union. The Board shall provide the Union without charge on September 20 and February 1 of each year a list of employees including the following information: name, employee identifying number, classification, paygrade, hourly rate of pay, work site, home address, work phone number, and District hire date.

The parties shall establish a committee comprised of representatives from Central Management Services and AFSCME Council 31 to develop an agreed upon format and process for employee information to be reported to the Union in a timely manner consistent with the terms set forth above. At least once each month, the Employer shall provide the Union in writing of the following personnel transactions/data in an agreed upon format involving bargaining unit employees within each agency and on a work location basis: New hires, promotions, bid numbers where such are used, demotions, reallocations, superior performance increases, checkoff revocations, layoffs, reemployments, transfers, leaves, returns from leave, suspensions, discharges, terminations and Social Security numbers. The Employer shall notify both Council 31 and the Local Union via electronic mail of all new persons hired into bargaining unit positions as soon as practicable, which shall normally be within two (2) work days, but no later than 10 work days after the employee’s start date. In addition, the Employer shall furnish the Union every ninety (90) days the current seniority rosters and reemployment lists, applicable under the seniority provisions of this Agreement. In all transactions listed above, employees' Social Security numbers and employee identification numbers, if available, shall be provided. Information Provided to Union. The Company will furnish to the Union, at least 29 monthly or upon request, a list of all employees covered by this Agreement. The list will include 30 name, address, rate of pay, job classification, date of hire, seniority date, benefit eligibility date, 31 department and shift. 32 ARTICLE 4
Information Provided to Union a) Once each month, the Employer shall provide the Union with a list of all bargaining unit employees along with the employee's job title, worksite location, work telephone numbers, identification number if available, and any home and personal cellular telephone numbers on file with the employer, date of hire, work email address, and any personal email address on file with the employer.
b) Once every three (3) months, the Employer shall notify the Union in writing of the following transactions involving bargaining unit Employees: promotions, layoffs, and re-employment with the Employer.
c) Once every six (6) months, the Employer shall furnish the Union the current seniority roster.
d) The Employer shall notify the Union in writing of any new hire within 10 days of hire. Included with the notice shall be employee's job title, worksite location, work telephone numbers, identification number if available, and any home and personal cellular telephone numbers on file with the employer, date of hire, work email address, and any personal email address on file with the employer.

To the extent legally permissible and reasonably available, the Center shall provide to the Union information pertaining to bargaining unit employees including: accessions (includes employees hired into bargaining unit positions); separations; promotions; transfers; reassignments; reclassifications; disciplinary appeals; and grievances. This information will include agency code, position number, classification, grade and salary, and effective date for each action. The information listed, to include negative reports, will be provided by the 15th of each month for action effective by the 1st of that month. Information regarding disciplinary appeals and grievances will be subject to approval by the employee.
B. Upon written request of the Union, the Center will provide other information, to the extent not prohibited by law, that is reasonably available, relevant and necessary for matters properly within a reasonable amount of time. Nothing herein shall be construed to restrict the Union’s right to request and receive information in accordance with applicable public information acts.
C. The Center retains the right to reasonably charge the Union for labor and/or materials necessary to satisfy the Union’s request for any information that is not specified in Section 1.2 or Section 4.9(A).
Information Provided to Union. On a monthly, the District shall make available to Local No. 284 a list of bargaining unit members including name, address, FTE, work location, position, classification, wage schedule placement, date of employment and District electronic mailing addresses.

Information Provided to Union. On July 1 of each year, the University shall provide to the Union a complete and current list of the following information for all members of the bargaining unit: name, title/classification and current salary. In addition, on the 1st of each month in which there is activity concerning sworn police officers, the University shall provide the Union with the following information for all members of the bargaining unit: new hires, separations, promotions, disciplinary actions, grievances, transfers, and reclassifications (including agency code, position numbers involved, classifications, grades and effective dates). Upon request of the Union, the University will provide other necessary and relevant information to the extent not prohibited by applicable law on a quarterly basis. Nothing herein shall be construed to restrict the Union’s right to request and receive information in accordance with applicable public information acts.
