Union May Claim Change in Job Content. If the Union claims that the duties of an existing job have been changed to an extent sufficient to alter the description and/or the evaluation or pay grade of the job, the Union may request the Joint Advisory Job Evaluation Committee to review the submitted questionnaire. The committee shall meet within two (2) weeks to perform this review. The date of retroactivity for any changes in pay grade will be the date the questionnaire was signed by the employee.
