Common use of Union Meetings Clause in Contracts

Union Meetings. 40.2.1 The employer shall allow every employee covered by this collective agreement to attend, on ordinary pay, two meetings (each of a maximum of two hours’ duration) of their union in each year (being the period beginning on the 1st day of January and ending on the following 31st day of December).
