The Employer shall not deduct more than one (1) month's dues from any one pay cheque paycheque of an employee. 4.04 b. Employees who have not worked in a month and are off work for whatever reason for a month or more shall, upon return to work, be deducted only one

c. The Employer will include in each employee’s T4 slip, the total of Union dues and fees deducted.
5.04 Employees who cannot support the Union because of a conscientious objection, as determined by the Union’s internal guidelines, may apply to the Union in writingwriting for conscientious objector status.

For greater clarity, if a full-time employee works a temporary part-time position for a period of six (6) weeks or less, she shall continue to remit dues in the normal fashion as a full-time employee.
